This social media campaign was designed to bring community awareness to No Name-Calling Week, encouraging kindness, respect, and positive language in everyday interactions. Featuring a bold, attention-grabbing color scheme and impactful messaging, the campaign aimed to spark conversation and inspire followers to take a stand against verbal bullying.
Posts highlighted the purpose of the observance, simple ways individuals and families can participate, and actionable steps the community can take to support a culture of empathy and respect—both in the classroom and in everyday life.

These social media stories were commissioned by Joint Regeneration Center of Utah to highlight various promotions.


Social Media Campaign: Making New Friends
This series of social media posts was created for a licensed mental health professional to educate and encourage community engagement around friendship and connection. Designed for the clinic’s Facebook and Instagram platforms, the campaign focused on helping individuals learn how to make new friends, where to find genuine connection, and how to recognize the qualities of a healthy friendship.
The goal of this series was to reduce isolation, normalize the challenges of adult friendship, and empower followers with practical tools to build healthier social connections—all while establishing the clinic as a trusted and compassionate resource in the community.

The Messenger Ignored
This project involved creating a social media post to promote "The Messenger Ignored: A Post on Dream Analysis and the Subconscious Mind" by Bruce Fordham, CMHC, at Ascendant Behavioral Health. The design aimed to highlight the insightful content of the post while introducing the topic of dream analysis and its connection to the subconscious mind. The goal was to engage the audience with a visually appealing layout that sparked curiosity and encouraged exploration of the topic, while also positioning Ascendant Behavioral Health as a trusted resource for mental health and self-awareness.


Social Media Event Post
This Design was commissioned by Joint Regeneration Center of Utah to post to their social media accounts and send in mass emails to patients and leads to advertise their attendance at the 2024 Senior Expo. This increased the amount of attendees at their event and helped them create a warm leads list of over 100 new patients.


Holiday Social Media Posts
I created a series of custom social media posts for Ascendant Behavioral Health designed for specific holidays throughout the year. Each post was tailored to align with the brand’s voice and values while celebrating key holidays, promoting special offers, or engaging with the audience in a festive, timely manner. These posts helped boost visibility, foster community engagement, and reinforce the brand’s presence during peak moments of the year.

This social media post was commissioned by Ascendant Behavioral Health to share stress reducing trips with their social media followers and patients.


Get Back to Skiing Flyer
This flyer was designed for Joint Regeneration Center of Utah with the intent of posting in Skii Resorts, locally, and on social media to promote Seasonal Regenerative Joint Care.

It encourages followers to acknowledge and accept their emotions without judgment. Designed to promote mental well-being, the post aligns with the clinic’s mission to provide compassionate care and support, fostering a safe space for those navigating emotional challenges.

The design aimed to simplify and break down these pillars into digestible, relatable content, encouraging followers to learn more about the recovery process. This project was commissioned by Ascendant Behavioral Health, who tasked me with using information provided by one of their therapists to create a compelling and informative social media post. The goal was to raise awareness during National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. #hhweek2022

This social media post was created to raise awareness for National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. The post focused on simply informing the audience about the observance, using a clean, engaging design to catch attention and encourage reflection on the issue. The goal was to recognize the week and promote awareness with minimal text to maximize reach.


Social Media Campaign: ADHD Awareness Month
For ADHD Awareness Month, Ascendant Behavioral Health (ABH) commissioned a social media campaign designed to raise awareness about ADHD and its various aspects. The posts covered key topics, including what ADHD is, the different types, common signs, and available treatment options. The goal was to educate the audience, promote understanding, encourage viewers with ADHD to schedule an appointment, and reduce stigma surrounding ADHD, all while maintaining a visually engaging and informative format to encourage conversation and support.


New First Responders Program
This project was commissioned to promote ABH's new First Responders Program on social media and in-clinic displays. The design showcased key details about the program and the clinician leading it, with a focus on supporting first responders' mental health. The goal was to create a visually appealing, informative post that would capture attention, raise awareness, and encourage first responders to join the program.


Accepting New Clients
This social media ad was created to quickly grab attention and let people know that ABH is accepting new clients. The design was bold, direct, and visually engaging, with a clear call to action encouraging potential clients to reach out. The goal was to spark immediate interest and drive action in a concise, attention-grabbing format.
