Designer-Assisted Option
This option includes full Designer Assistance to ensure a polished, professional final result. We’ll personally handle all customization of your purchased template and prepare your files using the correct resolution, color model, and file format required for high-quality professional printing. Once complete, your print-ready files will be delivered directly to your inbox—perfectly optimized and ready to send to your printer with confidence. No guesswork, no technical setup—just flawless results.
DIY Option
You will receive the template exactly as pictured in the listing. We’ll convert the design into an easy-to-use Canva template so you can make your own edits. This option does not include Designer Assistance for personalization, and you are responsible for ensuring your final files are print-ready. If you decide you'd like help at any point, Designer Assistance can be added later by simply paying the price difference.

Initial Consultation to understand your vision for the card, including preferred themes, colors, styles, and messaging. Whether you have a clear idea or need inspiration, we’ll guide the conversation to ensure your holiday card feels personal and meaningful.
Concept Development
Based on our consultation, we will create three initial design concepts for you to review. Each concept will offer a distinct style and layout, giving you multiple options to choose from.
Revisions
After reviewing the initial concepts, you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback. We offer up to [two/three] rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision.
Final Design
Once you're happy with the design, we’ll deliver the finalized holiday card in multiple formats (high-resolution PDF, JPEG, and PNG), suitable for both print and digital use.
Delivery Timeline
The initial concepts will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the consultation. The final design files will be handed over within 7-14 business days following your approval of the selected concept, provided that you respond to revisions in a timely manner.
Delivery timeline can be expedited for an additional fee.
Copyright and Usage
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final design. However, the designer retains the right to showcase the design in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.
